The challenge

Radar Group asked DCP to help choose products for smooth industrial floor and wall systems in its stores in Chouaifet (Shwayfat), Lebanon. The work covered 1,891 m² of floors and 1,023 m² of walls.

The DCP solution

The DCP technical team proposed epoxy coatings for both floors and walls. Floors were etched with Don Acid Etch and repaired with Quickmast 341 epoxy paste, then coated with Strongcoat EC10 and Strongcoat EC50 in three coats at 375 microns. Walls received a fair face paste coat of Cemfair FD, then two coats of Strongcoat EC10 at 150 microns.
